The transaction sees Elematic, a leading global supplier of precast concrete technology, acquire Vollert’s precast business. The acquired German precast concrete operations will continue to operate under the brand Vollert Precast Solutions as part of the Elematic Group. The deal also includes the acquisition of shares in Vollert India Pvt Ltd, further strengthening Elematic’s capabilities and presence in the Indian market.
