Vinge advises Smart Eye Aktiebolag (publ) on its first SEK 300 million bond issue

"Vinge advised Smart Eye Aktiebolag (publ) on the company’s first senior unsecured bond issue of SEK 300 million (under a SEK 600 million framework). Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as sole bookrunner. The three-year bonds carry floating interest of 3M STIBOR + 700 bps and the proceeds will refinance existing debt and fund general corporate purposes."

Vinge advised Smart Eye Aktiebolag (publ) in connection with the company’s inaugural bond issuance. The transaction comprised a first issue of senior unsecured bonds in an aggregate principal amount of SEK 300 million under a framework of up to SEK 600 million. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as sole bookrunner for the placement. The bonds carry floating interest of 3M STIBOR plus 700 basis points and have a three-year tenor. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds, the proceeds will be used to (i) refinance existing indebtedness and (ii) finance general corporate purposes, including transaction costs and acquisitions. Smart Eye intends to apply for the bonds to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm’s corporate bond list within 12 months from the issue date and on Nasdaq Transfer Market within 30 days.
