Advokatfirman Delphi advised Vend Tillväxtmedier in the divestment of its holdings in Hypoteket to a company owned by Hypoteket founders Carl Johan Nordquist and Dag Wardaeus, and advised in connection with Hypoteket’s sale of its mortgage technology platform to Borgo. The transaction comprised the sale of Vend Tillväxtmedier’s shareholding in Hypoteket to a company controlled by the founders. In connection with the deal, Hypoteket sold its cutting-edge mortgage technology platform to Borgo. Hypoteket is a fintech company operating in the Swedish mortgage market, offering mortgages with competitive interest rates that never need to be negotiated. Since its inception Hypoteket has granted mortgages amounting to approximately SEK 30 billion and today serves around 10,000 customers with SEK 16 billion in outstanding mortgage loans.
