MAQS Advises Tången in Acquisition of Celab Communications

MAQS advised the investment company Tången in connection with its agreement to acquire Celab Communications AB. The parties have signed an agreement under which Tången will acquire Celab Communications AB, a company that provides tailored solutions for organisations requiring mission-critical communication. The planned acquisition date is 29 December 2025. Celab Communications' customer base includes entities within government, public transportation, energy, defence and public safety. The company has approximately 50 employees and is headquartered in Kungälv. For Tången, the acquisition strengthens and broadens the company’s business area of regulatory competence, creating new opportunities to meet increasing customer demands for secure and critical communication. Tången is a Nordic industrial group that owns and develops companies with a long-term perspective.
