TM & Partners represented Svenska Spel in connection with the sale of the Kasinohuset property in central Stockholm. The transaction concerns the property Stockholm Hasseln 1, known as Kasinohuset, located near the corner of Kungsgatan and Vasagatan in Stockholm city centre. The building is heritage-listed but presents development opportunities. The total floor space amounts to approximately 5,300 square metres, most of which has previously been used as casino space. The property is being acquired by Alecta Fastigheter AB. Closing is expected to take place on 3 March 2026.
