Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised on all aspects of the transaction structuring and the acquisition, and provided competition and regulatory advisory and diligence support in relation to the deal. The advisory encompassed cross‑functional workstreams across M&A, due diligence, competition and regulatory matters.
