LMCR Advises Credem Group on Wealth Management Reorganisation

"LMCR / Studio Legale advised the Credem Group on a partial demerger reorganising its wealth management area. The transaction transferred coordination of the group's wealth management business from Euromobiliare Advisory SIM to parent Credito Emiliano and moved the individual portfolio management and client advisory business unit to Euromobiliare Asset Management SGR. Authorisations were obtained from the ECB, Bank of Italy and CONSOB; effects from 1 January 2026."

LMCR / Studio Legale acted for the Credem Group in relation to the project to reorganise the group's wealth management area. The operation was implemented by means of a partial demerger. As part of the transaction, Euromobiliare Advisory SIM transferred the coordination of the group's wealth management business to the parent company, Credito Emiliano. In addition, the business unit pertaining to the management of individual portfolios and the provision of client advisory services was transferred to Euromobiliare Asset Management SGR. The completion of the operation took place following receipt of the necessary authorisations from the competent supervisory authorities — the European Central Bank (ECB), the Bank of Italy and CONSOB. The civil, accounting and tax effects of the transaction will commence on 1 January 2026.
