Latham & Watkins Advises Repsol on Second Renewable Asset Rotation with Stonepeak in the US

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Repsol in its transaction with Stonepeak, which acted as the counterparty. Repsol and Stonepeak are deepening their alliance in the US renewable energy market through a new joint venture. Stonepeak, an alternative investment firm focused on infrastructure and real assets, agreed to acquire a 43.8% stake in Repsol’s Outpost solar project in Webb County, Texas.
