Latham & Watkins advised the Badminton World Federation (BWF) on its new global partnership with Infront. The transaction renews and extends the parties' collaboration through to 2034. The agreement continues to cover media and marketing rights sales, operations and servicing, live and non-live television production, live streaming, and signal distribution.
