Latham & Watkins Advises Venture Global on Upsized US$3 Billion Senior Secured Notes Offering

"Latham & Watkins LLP represented Venture Global LNG, Inc. and its subsidiary Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC in a closed offering of US$3.0 billion senior secured notes issued in two tranches: US$1.75 billion 6.125% due 2030 and US$1.25 billion 6.500% due 2034."

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Venture Global LNG, Inc. and its subsidiary Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC in connection with the offering. Venture Global, a long‑term, low‑cost provider of US liquefied natural gas with assets across the LNG supply chain, announced that its subsidiary Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC has closed an offering of US$3.0 billion aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes. The issuance was arranged in two series: • US$1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.125% senior secured notes due 2030; and • US$1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior secured notes due 2034.
