Latham & Watkins LLP advised NorthC and its shareholders in connection with the sale of NorthC to Antin Infrastructure Partners. The transaction concerns the acquisition of NorthC, a leading enterprise colocation data centre platform in Northwest Europe, by Antin Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm focused on infrastructure. The deal remains subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first half of 2026. NorthC operates 25 data centres across major metropolitan areas in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. Latham & Watkins has advised NorthC on numerous transactions in recent years.
