Weil Advises Shift4 Payments on €435 Million Senior Notes Offering

Weil advised Shift4 Payments, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries in the transaction. The transaction involved the issuance by certain subsidiaries of Shift4 Payments, Inc. of €435 million 5.500% Senior Notes due 2033. These notes were issued as additional securities to the previously issued €680 million 5.500% Senior Notes due 2033, originally issued on May 16, 2025.
