DLA Piper advised Great Hill Partners portfolio company Vanco in its acquisition of ACS Technologies (ACST). The transaction unites two organizations that have collaborated for more than a decade to create a single platform delivering management, giving and payments tools to more than 40,000 churches and ministries. The combined company will offer an integrated suite of services intended to streamline workflows and reduce the burden on staff and volunteers.
