Willkie advises IK Partners on agreement to acquire Rhétorès Group

Willkie represented IK Partners in connection with the signing by the IK X fund of an agreement to acquire Rhétorès Group. The transaction foresees IK Partners acquiring a stake in Rhétorès from the company's founders, the management team and Activa, all of whom will make a significant reinvestment. Rhétorès, founded in 2010 by Stéphane Rudzinski and Grégory Soudjoukdjian, is a French independent financial adviser specialising in high‑net‑worth individuals. The firm offers a full range of savings and investment products, including life insurance wrappers and access to high‑end asset classes such as private equity, real estate and structured products. Based in Paris, Rhétorès serves more than 6,200 clients and is expected to manage approximately €2.7 billion of assets by the end of the year.
