Meanings Capital Partners, a leading non-listed investment platform in France specialising in the Lower Mid Cap segment, has taken a stake in Suire-Sogeas following the combination of Suire Vie & Patrimoine and Sogeas, both specialists in insurance brokerage. The rapprochement is designed to accelerate consolidation of the market, to reinforce the group's development platform and to position the enlarged entity as a leading player in a sector undergoing significant change. This investment represents the third operation for Meanings Capital Partners’ MPEF IV fund.
