The transaction involved Rondot International acquiring the LWN Lufttechnik group. Rondot develops and supplies advanced solutions for the global glass-container production industry. LWN Lufttechnik operates in Germany and Poland and is known for its cooling technologies used in glass manufacturing facilities worldwide.
