The offering comprised the 527th issuance by Opea Securitizadora under CVM Instruction 160 and totaled BRL 31,500,000.00. The CRIs are secured by real estate receivables assigned by Cahima Empreendimentos Imobiliários e Participações, arising from the right to receive proceeds from the sale of certain properties owned by Cahima.
