BDO Advises Everwoord Capital on Acquisition of Altair Consultores Logísticos

Altair, a forwarding and foreign trade consultancy with €100m turnover and 147 employees, will merge with Maresa Logística to form an Iberian forwarding group with €160m sales and about 500 staff. BDO provided financial and tax due diligence; financial due diligence was led by BDO’s Deal Advisory."

BDO advised Everwoord Capital on its acquisition of Altair Consultores Logísticos. The target, Altair Consultores Logísticos, is an operator specialising in forwarding and foreign trade consulting. Altair has annual revenues of €100 million and a workforce of 147 employees. Following the acquisition, Altair will be merged with Maresa Logística, a company incorporated into the fund in 2024, to create a leading forwarding group in the Iberian Peninsula with combined sales of approximately €160 million and a team of around 500 professionals.
