Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Indra on €96.6m sale of BPO business to Teknei

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Indra on the €96.6 million sale of its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business to Basque technology company Teknei. The transaction covers Indra’s business services outsourcing unit in Spain, Portugal, Italy and several Latin American countries, including Peru, Colombia, Chile and Mexico. The divestment forms part of Indra’s strategic plan and aligns with the group’s strategy to divest non-core assets within the Minsait division in order to focus on higher value-added, more profitable areas such as defence, aerospace and advanced digital technologies.
