Dreny & Partners advised Tamweel Mortgage on its second securitization transaction under a multi‑issuance programme. The transaction comprised the second issuance under a three‑year multi‑issuance programme with an aggregate capacity of EGP 5 billion. This issuance securitized a receivables portfolio originated by Tamweel Mortgage and amounted to EGP 2.103 billion. Al Ahly Pharos Promoting & Underwriting S.A.E and Beltone acted as financial advisors and lead arrangers. Al Ahly Pharos, National Bank of Egypt, Banque du Caire, Banque Misr and Suez Canal Bank participated as underwriters. Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank served as custodian, Suez Canal Bank acted as bookrunner, and Baker Tilly served as the official auditor.
