Advisors in Trend's €12.8 Million Capital Increase

Casa & Associati advised TREND in the transaction; Sandrini & Associati acted as financial advisor in the process; and Benincasa & Sicari also participated in the legal advisory, with the operation subscribed with the support of illimity Bank. TREND has strengthened its financial structure and accelerated its new international development plan through a capital increase of €12.8 million. The operation is presented as strategic to support the company’s organisational restructuring and its expansion into markets with greater potential. The proceeds from the capital increase will also support the opening of a new showroom in Riyadh, an initiative through which TREND intends to consolidate its presence in the Middle East. “A fundamental step to accelerate global development,” commented CEO Roberto Fabbri.
