DLA Piper and Francesco Pezcoller in LumiGlobal acquisition of Eligo

DLA Piper advised Lumi Global on the transaction, and lawyer Francesco Pezcoller assisted the selling shareholders. Lumi Global, a world leader in governance and voting technology solutions, announced the acquisition of Eligo, the principal Italian electronic and online voting platform. The acquisition further expands Lumi Global’s presence in Europe and enhances its ability to support the full range of governance needs.
