Advant Nctm Advises AUCTUS Capital Partners on Strategic Acquisition of Delo Instruments

The law firms ADVANT Nctm, Studio Legale Daldosso – Vecchiato and Studio Zoppi took part in the transaction, with ADVANT Nctm assisting AUCTUS Capital Partners and Studio Legale Daldosso – Vecchiato together with Studio Zoppi advising the selling shareholders. AUCTUS Capital Partners, an Italian‑German private equity firm, has acquired 100% of the shares of Delo Instruments, an Italian company that supplies integrated hardware and software solutions for testing systems across several end markets, including telecommunications, data centres and power applications. The operation also saw the participation of Delo Instruments’ CEO, Arturo Caracciolo, who reinvested in the project to strengthen the foundations for long‑term growth in strategic markets and to seize opportunities to offer advanced solutions to customers. AUCTUS Capital Partners led the transaction with a team composed by Christoph Blanke, Marco Bortot, Marco De Franco and Federico Vaudano. Accounting and financial due diligence was conducted by EY‑Parthenon. ADVANT Nctm represented AUCTUS Capital Partners with a team composed by: Lucia Corradi (partner, corporate), Giovanni de’ Capitani di Vimercate (partner, finance), Vincenzo Cantelli (counsel, tax) and Francesco Mazzocchi (counsel, regulatory and authorisations, including golden power). EY‑Parthenon assisted AUCTUS Capital Partners with a team composed by: Valeria Cinelli (partner) and Giacomo Gallina (manager) on accounting and financial matters. Studio Legale Daldosso – Vecchiato represented the sellers with a team composed by: Stefano Luigi Daldosso and Giulia Sofia Cucurnia. Studio Zoppi represented the sellers on fiscal matters with a team composed by: Andrea Zoppi and Francesca Colombo.
