PedersoliGattai Advises SD Worx on Majority Acquisition of Labour Consulting

The transaction: SD Worx, a leading European provider of HR and payroll solutions, has acquired a majority stake in Labour Consulting, a specialist in labour consultancy and payroll management with offices in Reggio Emilia and Parma. The acquisition significantly reinforces SD Worx’s presence in the Italian market by integrating high-level local expertise and a solid client base. Labour Consulting’s management will remain part of the project, ensuring continuity for clients and employees.
