K&L Gates Advises Mi.To Real Estate Fund on Acquisition of Milan Property Portfolio

Legance advised a banking pool led by BPER Corporate & Investment Banking on the financing and related documentation."

K&L Gates and Legance participated in the transaction: K&L Gates advised the Mi.To Real Estate fund, an initiative of Green Arrow Capital and Crea.Re Advisory, while Legance represented a pool of banks led by BPER Corporate & Investment Banking. Wiesenhoff assisted on tax aspects. The transaction involved the acquisition by the Mi.To Real Estate fund of a portfolio of real estate assets used for residential, office and commercial purposes, located primarily in Milan, with a total surface area exceeding 15,000 square metres. Among the most strategic assets included in the transaction is a historic terraced building in Milan at Via Vincenzo Foppa 4. K&L Gates represented Mi.To Real Estate (initiative of Green Arrow Capital and Crea.Re Advisory) with a team composed by: Arturo Meglio (partner, Corporate/M&A), Elisa Tambè (senior associate, Real Estate), Giulia di Bartolo (trainee, Real Estate), Chiara Anceschi (partner, financing negotiation), and Sofia Stefani (associate, financing negotiation). Wiesenhoff represented Mi.To Real Estate on tax matters with a team composed by: Vittorio Salvadori (partner, Tax). Legance represented a pool of banks, led by BPER Corporate & Investment Banking, in the drafting and negotiation of the financing agreement and related documentation with a team composed by: Emanuele Espositi (partner), Francesca Tirrito (counsel), Edoardo Romani (managing associate), and Federica Caracci (associate).
