K&L Gates Advises Mi.To Real Estate Fund on Acquisition of Milan Property Portfolio

K&L Gates and Legance participated in the transaction: K&L Gates advised the Mi.To Real Estate fund, an initiative of Green Arrow Capital and Crea.Re Advisory, while Legance represented a pool of banks led by BPER Corporate & Investment Banking. Wiesenhoff assisted on tax aspects. The transaction involved the acquisition by the Mi.To Real Estate fund of a portfolio of real estate assets used for residential, office and commercial purposes, located primarily in Milan, with a total surface area exceeding 15,000 square metres. Among the most strategic assets included in the transaction is a historic terraced building in Milan at Via Vincenzo Foppa 4. K&L Gates represented Mi.To Real Estate (initiative of Green Arrow Capital and Crea.Re Advisory) with a team composed by: Arturo Meglio (partner, Corporate/M&A), Elisa Tambè (senior associate, Real Estate), Giulia di Bartolo (trainee, Real Estate), Chiara Anceschi (partner, financing negotiation), and Sofia Stefani (associate, financing negotiation).
