Gianni & Origoni advised Carbyne Equity Partners, while Deloitte Legal and Deloitte Advisory assisted vendors Andrea Giberti and Maria Rita Giberti. The German fund Carbyne Equity Partners has acquired Chemia, a long-established Italian agrochemical brand engaged in the production of crop protection products. The transaction provides for the sale of a majority stake and concurrently includes a reinvestment by the vendors, Andrea Giberti and Maria Rita Giberti. With this investment, Carbyne expands its portfolio in the agrochemical sector.
