White & Case advised Kryalos SGR, while EY Studio Legale Tributario assisted Blackstone and Kryalos SGR on tax aspects; Studio Ricci e Radaelli acted as notaries in the transaction. The transaction concerns Kryalos SGR’s acquisition of a last‑mile logistics portfolio composed of 13 assets, sold by Logiman and certain affiliated companies through funds attributable to Blackstone. The assets are located in Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont and Emilia‑Romagna in areas with strong infrastructure accessibility and proximity to major motorways and logistics hubs. The portfolio has a total gross lettable area of approximately 107,000 sqm, further strengthening Kryalos’s position in the dynamic and strategic last‑mile logistics segment of the Italian real estate market. The portfolio comprises 11 standing assets and two additional properties under development, together accounting for about 35,000 sqm, with completion expected between 2026 and 2027.
