BRP RENAUD Welcomes Real Estate Attorney Hans Thomas Kessler and His Team

BRP RENAUD announced that it will be the receiving firm in a personnel move in which well-known real estate attorney Hans Thomas Kessler and two colleagues will join the firm's Frankfurt office; BRP RENAUD is the law firm involved and the incoming attorneys are the parties joining the firm. Effective 1 January 2026, Hans Thomas Kessler will join BRP RENAUD as a partner in its Frankfurt office. He will be accompanied by real estate attorney Gelena Minkov and corporate M&A attorney Karl-Heinz Schwindt, who will also join the Frankfurt team. BRP RENAUD represented itself in the recruitment, with a team composed by: Hans Thomas Kessler — incoming partner, real estate attorney; Gelena Minkov — real estate attorney; Karl-Heinz Schwindt — corporate M&A attorney.
