Brachers advises Jordan Reflectors Limited on sale of Emergency Lighting Products to Prime Light Group

Brachers LLP advised Jordan Reflectors Limited (part of the Jordan Reflektoren GmbH & Co KG group) on the sale of its subsidiary Emergency Lighting Products (ELP) to Prime Light Group. Zerbach & Company and Barnes Roffe LLP provided corporate finance input for the seller, and Squire Patten Bloggs acted for Prime Light Group and private equity backer Baytree Capital. The transaction transfers ownership of Emergency Lighting Products, a West Sussex–headquartered manufacturer of emergency lighting systems that supplies safety and regulatory-compliant products across commercial, industrial and public sectors, to Prime Light Group, a UK-based specialist in lighting components, controls and smart lighting solutions. The acquisition strengthens Prime Light Group’s product portfolio and its ability to deliver comprehensive lighting solutions across the UK and Europe, and is intended to support the continued development and innovation of ELP’s offerings. The sale involved a complex transaction structure and an accelerated timetable, with German corporate finance advisory lead input from Zerbach & Company and UK corporate finance support from Barnes Roffe LLP. Squire Patten Bloggs acted as acquisition counsel to Prime Light Group and Baytree Capital.
