Baker McKenzie Advises Aspira on Multiple Acquisitions Establishing ServeTek

Baker McKenzie advised private equity investor Aspira in connection with a series of acquisitions that led to the establishment of ServeTek. The transaction comprised multiple acquisitions that brought together a number of well-established Nordic companies to form ServeTek, a specialist group focused on professional kitchens, foodservice and hygiene. At its inception ServeTek consists of companies with deep industry expertise, strong local presence and long experience, including Multeral, QSR, WashTek, ATW Storkjøkken, ESSH, FINELEC, Norrorts Storköksservice (NSS), Larssons Eltjänst, Storkökservice Syd, Rødal Elektroservice, MD Solution Maskinfirma Glaj, TermoTeam AS and Professional Kitchen KK-service Oy. Aspira, the investor behind the consolidation, is a private equity firm focused on smaller to mid-sized, founder-driven companies in the Nordics.
