PSG Equity Acquires Majority Stake in QualityHosting AG

Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised PSG Equity in connection with PSG Equity’s acquisition of a majority stake in QualityHosting AG. The transaction involves PSG Equity taking a majority ownership position in QualityHosting AG, a Germany-based provider of cloud-based IT solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. QualityHosting has a technical focus on, but is not limited to, Microsoft 365 and Azure-based environments and delivers Microsoft Cloud distribution and value-added managed services through its highly automated proprietary platform. QualityHosting’s platform supports over 15,000 small-to-medium-sized business end customers and more than 1,000 partners across the DACH region.
