"Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Meesho Limited on a ₹5,421 crore (approx. US$600m) IPO comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by promoters and other selling shareholders including affiliates of Elevation Capital, Peak XV and Y Combinator. The offering was massively oversubscribed — overall 79x, QIBs 120x, NIIs 38x and retail 19x."

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Meesho Limited on its ₹5,421 crore Initial Public Offering, which comprised a fresh issue and an offer for sale by promoters Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Kumar and other selling shareholders, including affiliates of Elevation Capital, Peak XV and Y Combinator. The offering raised ₹5,421 crore (approximately US$600 million) and ranked among the most oversubscribed IPOs in India by a new-age company. The issue secured an overall subscription of over 79 times, with qualified institutional buyer demand exceeding 120 times, non-institutional investor demand over 38 times and retail investor demand over 19 times.
