Khaitan & Co advised the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) on its investment in the KKR‑backed education platform Lighthouse Learning Group. The transaction involved PSP Investments making an investment in Lighthouse Learning Group, which is backed by KKR and was formerly known as EuroKids International. The investment was completed alongside a related follow‑on investment by KKR. Khaitan & Co supported PSP Investments on the transaction by advising on the investment structure, conducting legal due diligence and assisting with the transaction documentation.
