Wachtell Lipton Advises Tiger Global on $350 Million LTV-Based Term Loan Refinancing

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz represented Tiger Global Private Investment Partners XI, L.P. and Tiger Global Private Investment Partners XII, L.P., investment funds managed by Tiger Global Management. On December 10, 2025, the two Tiger Global funds obtained $350 million of senior secured LTV-based term loan facilities designed to refinance their existing term loan facilities.
