DXC Technology €650 million 4.250% senior notes offering due 2030

Davis Polk advised Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, as representative of the several initial purchasers, in connection with the offering by DXC Capital Funding DAC. The transaction concerned a Rule 144A / Regulation S offering by DXC Capital Funding DAC, an indirect subsidiary of DXC Technology Company, of €650 million aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due 2030. The notes are guaranteed by DXC Technology Company and by DXC Luxembourg International S.à r.l., the direct parent of DXC Capital Funding DAC.
