Walker Morris advised ARGO Real Estate on the acquisition of Beckton Trade Park in East London, acting for ARGO Real Estate in connection with its joint venture with Blue Coast Capital. The estate is home to established occupiers including Howdens, Screwfix and Rexel. Strategically located in East London, the asset offers a core repositioning opportunity to create best-in-class sustainable accommodation with significant upside potential. The acquisition is part of ARGO Real Estate’s brown-to-green urban logistics strategy in partnership with Blue Coast Capital. The joint venture, launched in March 2025, has already completed the purchases of Tuscam Trading Estate in Camberley and Harp Trading Estate in Trafford Park. The platform aims to aggregate a £500 million portfolio of urban logistics assets and convert them into modern, sustainable properties in economically strong and densely populated UK towns and cities.
