In the first and only case filed by a state attorney general against a commercial airport alleging PFAS (per‑ and polyfluoroalkyl substances) contamination from firefighting foam, a Barnes & Thornburg team led by partner Charles Denton obtained dismissal of the state’s complaint by the trial court.
