De Pardieu advises Altice in exclusive negotiations to sell majority stake in Intelcia

"De Pardieu advised Altice in entering exclusive negotiations to sell its 65% stake in Moroccan call‑centre group Intelcia to the group's minority shareholders and executives. The deal remains subject to employee consultations and customary conditions, including regulatory approvals, with closing expected in Q1 2026."

De Pardieu represented Altice in connection with Altice's entry into exclusive negotiations to divest its majority stake in Intelcia. The contemplated transaction concerns the sale by Altice of its 65% shareholding in the Moroccan call‑centre group Intelcia to the company's minority shareholders and executive managers. Intelcia is the number three operator in the francophone call‑centre market, present in 19 countries and employing 40,000 people. The transaction remains subject to consultation of employee representative bodies and to usual precedent conditions, notably the receipt of required regulatory approvals. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
