DELSOL Avocats represented R3 and its shareholders in the transaction. Crédit Agricole Transitions & Énergies, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group dedicated to the energy and environmental transition, has increased its participation in R3 to hold 70% of the capital, becoming the majority shareholder. This majority stake represents a new stage in the collaboration between the two parties, which began in 2023. R3 has established itself as a leader in companies' environmental and social performance, deploying concrete impact solutions for more than 1,500 SMEs, mid-cap and large companies across all sectors, supported by a team of around 150 specialists. The transaction is fully in line with Crédit Agricole Transitions & Énergies' objective to provide comprehensive support to companies and to make available a framework of solutions for the Crédit Agricole Group's clients to meet their energy and environmental needs.
