Bernitsas Advises Metlen on €600 Million Senior Notes Offering Due 2031

Bernitsas represented Metlen Energy & Metals Single Member in connection with the issuance and offering of senior notes. The transaction comprised the issuance and offering of €600 million senior notes due 2031 by Metlen Energy & Metals Single Member. The notes are guaranteed on a senior basis by Metlen Energy & Metals and were admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The offering was directed at institutional investors. According to Bernitsas, Metlen is one of Greece’s largest industrial and energy groups, active across power generation, renewables, metals and natural resources.
