The transaction comprised the establishment of a bond issuance programme of up to PLN 50 million for Bank Spoldzielczy Rzemiosla w Krakowie and the inaugural placement of PLN 50 million in three‑year senior non‑preferred bonds under the programme. Bank Pekao acted as sole arranger and bookrunner for the issuance. The transaction involved setting up both senior preferred and senior non‑preferred issuance capacities and represents the issuer’s first senior non‑preferred bond issuance. The programme is intended to support the bank’s long‑term funding strategy and regulatory capital planning.
