Dentons advised Skanska on the sale of the Port7 office complex and adjacent development land in Prague’s Holešovice district, and Clifford Chance acted for buyer AFI Europe. The transaction, valued at CZK 3.16 billion, covers the Port7 complex located on the banks of the Vltava River in Holešovice, situated above a transportation hub. The complex comprises three office buildings totaling approximately 36,000 square metres of leasable space together with a land plot earmarked for future development. The fully leased office and retail premises host tenants from a broad range of sectors, including IT, media and publishing, flexible workspace, insurance, advisory services and engineering, among them Shoptet, Aeven, Sweco, Economia, Scott.Weber and COTY.
