TingleMerrett and MBPartners Advise Lion Critical Elements on Acquisition of Pampa Litio

TingleMerrett and MBPartners Abogados advised Lion Critical Elements on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Pampa Litio, while Saravia Frías Abogados represented seller Minera El Totoral. The transaction was completed by Lion Critical Elements through its subsidiary, LFP Resources, which acquired 75% of the share capital and voting rights of Pampa Litio from Minera El Totoral, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions precedent. Pampa Litio holds a portfolio of lithium projects across Argentina, including the El Totoral and León Herido projects in the Province of San Luis, covering approximately 10,000 and 9,500 hectares respectively, the Novillo Negro project comprising around 8,500 hectares in the Province of Río Negro, and the San Martín project spanning some 6,400 hectares in San Luis. The transaction underscores Lion Critical Elements’ strategy to expand its presence in South America’s lithium sector, with a particular focus on Argentina.
