Freshfields Advises Piping Rock on Acquisition of Church & Dwight Vitamins Business

Freshfields advised buyer Piping Rock on the acquisition of Church & Dwight’s vitamin, minerals and supplement business. The transaction covers Church & Dwight’s vitamin, minerals and supplement business, including the L’il Critters and Vitafusion brands, relevant trademarks and licenses, and the company’s manufacturing and distribution facilities in Vancouver and Ridgefield, Washington. The transaction was signed on November 28, 2025 and is expected to close by the end of December. Piping Rock is a US-based company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of dietary supplements and vitamins. Piping Rock has offices and distribution throughout North America, Europe and Asia and ships its products to more than 170 countries.
