Baker McKenzie acted for Grupo Emperador in connection with the refinancing of Torre Caleido, advising the owner on a €200 million syndicated loan provided by BBVA and PIMCO/Allianz. The transaction was formalised through a €200 million syndicated facility underwritten by BBVA and a PIMCO/Allianz consortium. The refinancing represents a strategic step for Grupo Emperador, enabling it to redefine the terms of its financing, extend maturities and provide the Torre Caleido asset with a more flexible financial structure aligned with its objectives.
