Niederer Kraft Frey advises Cornèr Banca on CHF 150 million bond issuance

Niederer Kraft Frey advised the Swiss banking group Cornèr in connection with Cornèr Banca’s offering and issuance of CHF 150 million single-tranche senior unsecured bonds. The issuance comprised CHF 150 million in senior unsecured bonds with a four-year maturity and a fixed annual coupon of 1.00 percent. The bonds have been listed on SIX and are expected to debut in the domestic segment of the Swiss Bond Index (SBI). Bank J. Safra Sarasin, UBS Investment Bank and Bank Vontobel served as joint lead managers on the transaction, with Cornèr Banca acting as co-manager.
