Norton Rose Fulbright advised a syndicate of lenders on a USD 300 million facility for Turkish construction company Nurol İnşaat Ve Ticaret, a subsidiary of Nurol Holding, and collaborated with professional alliance firm Pekin Bayar Mizrahi, which advised on Turkish law aspects of the transaction. The transaction comprised a USD 300 million financing facility provided to Nurol İnşaat Ve Ticaret. Emirates NBD and First Abu Dhabi Bank acted as joint initial mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners for the financing. Akbank, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait B.S.C. and Commercial Bank of Dubai P.S.C. served as mandated lead arrangers. Nurol Holding acted as guarantor of the facility.
