PwC TLS appoints Falconieri as custodian and judicial administrator of security services companies

"PwC TLS, through of counsel Giovanni Falconieri, has been appointed custodian and judicial administrator of the shareholdings of three companies operating in the security services sector. The appointment follows an urgent preventive seizure decree validated by the Milan Court. The firms employ about 500 people and serve clients including universities, hospitals and fashion houses."

PwC TLS represented the shareholdings of three companies operating in the security services sector in connection with the judicial appointment of Giovanni Falconieri, of counsel at PwC TLS, as Custodian and Judicial Administrator. Giovanni Falconieri was appointed Custodian and Judicial Administrator of the corporate participations of the three entities in execution of an urgent preventive seizure decree subsequently validated by the Milan Court — Section of the Judge for Preliminary Investigations. The companies involved operate in the provision of security services and together employ approximately 500 employees, representing a significant presence in a sector of strategic importance for public and private safety. Among the principal clients served by the companies are nationally prominent institutions such as universities and hospitals, as well as well-known fashion houses. PwC TLS represented the three security services companies with a team composed by: Giovanni Falconieri, of counsel at PwC TLS, appointed Custodian and Judicial Administrator.
