Miller Industries, a global NYSE-listed manufacturer of recovery and roadside support vehicles for civil and military use, completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Omars, a long-established Italian company active in the design and production of special vehicles. The transaction marks Miller Industries’ first acquisition in Italy and represents a strategic step to consolidate and expand the group’s presence in Europe, where it already operates in the United Kingdom and France, while broadening its product range and production capabilities.
