Legance and CBA Advise on EIB €70 Million Financing for Scalapay

Legance, CBA Studio Legale e Tributario and Beauchamps advised the parties to a financing transaction: Legance represented the European Investment Bank (EIB), while CBA and Beauchamps advised the Scalapay group. The transaction is a €70 million scale-up debt financing for Scalapay. The financing is part of the TECH-EU programme promoted by the European Investment Bank and aims to support Scalapay's growth plans through dedicated EIB support to tech companies. CBA Studio Legale e Tributario represented Scalapay with a team composed by: partner Francesco Dialti, senior associate Vincenzo Cimmino and associate Lucrezia Ghezzi. Beauchamps represented Scalapay for matters of Irish law with a team composed by: partner Darragh Blake.
